RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Dear customer,
to return an item ordered before 14th September 2016 is very easy: use the return label inside the package, stick it on the outside the box and contact UPS via email or phone – to arrange a time and place for pick up. If you have lost the original label you can request a new one from our Customer Service: they will be happy to help and provide you with all the information you need.
