This Privacy Policy is issued by Parajumpers S.p.A., in its capacity as controller of the personal data (“Controller”) to the data subject in accordance with European and Italian legislation on the protection of personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

If you sign up for this service, Parajumpers S.p.A. will process your personal data to email you a newsletter with information on its products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is that the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.

Data retention period

The Controller will process the data until the termination of the service or a request to unsubscribe, whichever is earlier.

Nature of the provision of data and consequences in the event of refusal

While the provision of data is optional, the refusal to provide data renders the subscription to this service impossible.

Scope of data communication and categories of recipients

The Controller will not disclose the data to anyone other than internal parties authorized to process the data in accordance with their respective duties, and to professionals, companies or other third parties who carry out outsourced activities and who are therefore designated as data processors under a specific contract or other legal instrument.

Transfer of data to a third country and/or international organization

The personal data processed by the Data Controller may be transferred, exclusively to pursue the purposes indicated in point 4, to companies based in the United States of America (USA). This transfer will take place exclusively following the signing of the standard contractual clauses (S.C.C.) adopted by the Commission of the European Union (Art. 46, Paragraph 2, Letters C and D of the GDPR) between The Level Group and the companies receiving the data.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right to unsubscribe from this service at any time and the right to request from the Controller access to their personal data, rectification of their data if their personal data are inaccurate, or their erasure, the right to restrict the processing of their personal data provided the requirements are met, and the right to the portability of their data. To exercise their rights, the data subject may use the form available here and email it to the Controller at the following address: privacy@parajumpers.com. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Personal Data Protection Authority) (www.garanteprivacy.it).
